Services

Northward Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, maintenance washes, and related add-on services.

Service availability may depend on location, weather, vehicle condition, access to the vehicle, and scheduling availability.

Pricing

Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, service requested, pet hair, stains, excessive dirt, sand, odor, or other factors that require additional time or products.

Any quote provided before seeing the vehicle is an estimate. Final pricing may be adjusted after inspection of the vehicle.

Appointments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment details, including vehicle location, vehicle type, and any special conditions.

We may need access to water, electricity, or enough safe working space unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

Northward Detailing may reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Vehicle Condition

Customers should remove personal belongings, valuables, important documents, firearms, medication, or fragile items before service.

Northward Detailing is not responsible for lost items left inside the vehicle.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint defects, fading, clear coat failure, stains, worn leather, broken buttons, loose trim, damaged electronics, or other existing issues.

Results

We always aim to provide the best possible result, but some stains, odors, water spots, scratches, oxidation, pet hair, or other defects may not be fully removable.

Final results depend on the vehicle’s condition, age, materials, and prior maintenance.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or other approved payment methods.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute changes may affect future booking availability.

Photos and Marketing

Northward Detailing may take before-and-after photos or videos of vehicles for documentation, marketing, website use, social media, or advertising.

Personal information, license plates, addresses, and identifying details will not be intentionally shown.

SMS and Communication

By submitting your phone number, you agree that Northward Detailing may contact you by call, text message, or email regarding quotes, scheduling, appointment updates, reminders, and service-related communication.
